7 Clear Signs That God Is Speaking To You That You Didn’t Know
We frequently find ourselves in the position of contrasting exhortations with what is written in the Bible. This is due to the fact that God does not tell lies and does not contradict himself. Because the Lord loves us far too much to ever deceive us, we can always count on him to tell us the truth. If what we do is in direct opposition to what He says, then we are not listening to God’s voice. If what we do is consistent with what the Bible says, then it must be from God.
Because he will never intentionally misdirect us, we may put our full faith in him to steer us in the right direction at all times. We may not understand why we were relocated or how God planned it, but we may rest assured that all will work out in God’s timing.
There are no clear explanations for God’s actions. Although there are times when we are unsure of what God is doing or why, we can have faith that He has a plan and that everything will turn out for the best.
— Seven indications that God is communicating with you
Check for the following indications that God is trying to communicate with you, especially if you are concerned that you might miss the message that he has given you:
1. He makes his voice heard in the Bible:
The instant you pick up a Bible and start reading it, God begins to communicate with you. The Bible is much more than just a collection of inspirational quotes. This book is a compilation of love letters that have been written to you from the Lord. When you study the Bible, you are, in effect, listening to God’s instructions on how to conduct your life in such a way that you experience His blessings. This occurs each time you read the Bible.
In the book of Joshua chapter one verse eight it reads, “This book of the law shall not leave from your lips; rather, you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may carefully perform what is written in it.” because when you do this, your way will become easier, and when you do this, you will be successful.
2. You find that a certain Bible verse keeps popping up in your mind:
Have you ever been confronted with the same verse in a seemingly endless loop? Consider it a message from God if, no matter where you are, a verse from the Bible comes to your mind. It is possible that the Lord will use this verse to remind you of anything or to warn you about the situation you are currently in.
You should pray and beg God to open your eyes so that you can see what it is that He wants to show you if you keep hearing the same verses. Take some time to reflect on this scripture and consider how it relates to your life right now. You could also consult with a spiritual guide to get their interpretation of this text.
3. You have the impression that a specific passage of scripture or sermon was delivered specifically for you:
Have you ever been to a church service and the preaching there made you feel uneasy? If you feel as though the preacher is speaking to you personally, you should realize that God is really communicating with you via that individual. It is a sign that the Holy Spirit is at work in you if listening to a sermon or reading a highlighted chapter causes you to feel terrible about your sin and motivates you to want to change.
