Sources say that when Lionel Tate was 13, he killed the six-year-old daughter of a neighbor.
Lionel Tate said that he and the young girl were boxing.
4. Brian Lee Draper: According to news stories, Brian Lee Draper was given a life sentence in 2006 for killing a classmate.
Brian Lee Draper and his friend Torey Adamcik, who was sixteen at the time, killed the man.
