Qatar has announced new employment opportunities for Nigerian professionals as part of efforts to strengthen its workforce in the energy sector.

Job Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be expected to:
- Perform field operations across designated facilities.

- Record operational data and report abnormalities to supervisors.
- Prepare equipment for maintenance activities and recommission systems after maintenance.
- Comply with Permit-to-Work requirements and safety regulations.
- Carry out safety audits, site inspections and emergency response procedures.
- Participate in shift handovers and operational briefings.
- Collect operational samples as directed.
- Handle electrical isolation and de-isolation of low-voltage equipment for maintenance purposes.
Requirements
Applicants must possess:
- Secondary School Education Certificate (12 years of formal education).
- Vocational Training Certificate.
- At least five years of experience in Utility, Inlet Receiving, Sulphur Recovery or LNG operations.
