Breast cancer is a condition that affects a person’s breasts. Breast cancer develops when abnormal cells grow in the breasts as a result of a disruption in the normal cell regeneration process.

These cells might or might not spread quickly. While invasive cancerous cells spread throughout the body, non-invasive malignant cells do not.

Studies show that a variety of factors raise our risk of developing breast cancer. Two of the most frequent causes of breast cancer are aging and inherited factors.

“Unfortunately, some women get cancer while not having any typical risk factors. The majority of women who are at risk for breast cancer do not have it, therefore being predisposed to the disease does not mean that you will have it.

The following risk factors raise your likelihood of getting breast cancer:

One Risk Factor Is Age

Compared to when we were younger, our odds of developing breast cancer rise as we age. Breast cancer is more likely to affect women over fifty.

2. Breast Density Is Another Factor

The presence of more connective tissue than fatty tissue in thick breasts makes it challenging to detect tumors during a mammogram. Women who have big breasts are more likely to develop breast cancer than other women.
