According to a recent video by Morayo Afolabi TV on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, renowned health expert Dr. Rasheed Abassi has issued a strong advisory to singles aged 35 and above who are still virgins, urging them to undergo comprehensive medical checks before engaging in sexual activity.
Speaking on a recent television program, Dr. Abassi explained that delaying sexual activity until later in life comes with significant physiological considerations that many overlook due to cultural and religious beliefs. “If you don’t use it, you lose it,” he stated, emphasizing that the body functions on a use-it-or-lose-it principle.
According to the medical practitioner, men experiencing sex for the first time at 35 may face erectile difficulties because their bodies have never been stimulated in that manner. Additionally, undiagnosed conditions like prostate swelling or infections could complicate their first experience. For women, he noted that by age 35, only about 18 percent of their eggs remain, making fertility assessments crucial.
Dr. Abassi stressed that seeking medical evaluation is not about defying religious principles but about ensuring reproductive health. He recommended blood work, including testosterone and hormonal panels, to identify potential issues early. “This has nothing to do with church or mosque,” he clarified. “They need to go in for early tests so they can enjoy themselves.”

Manhood will not come up. That has nothing to do with church or mosque. They need to go in for these early tests so that they can enjoy themselves. So somebody who is a virgin at 35 or 45 needs to go get checked before they start getting into it.”
