A married woman was reportedly stabbed to death inside a lodging following a violent altercation linked to a suspected love triangle involving.
The woman had visited the lodging with another married man, unaware that the man’s wife was trailing them .
Witnesses stated that the two had checked into a room and seemed to be in good spirits upon their arrival.
However, the situation took a tragic turn when another woman, later confirmed to be the man’s wife, allegedly burst into the room.
The confrontation escalated quickly into violence, with screams emanating from the room, drawing the attention of staff and other guests at the lodging.
By the time help arrived, the woman had already sustained severe stab wounds inflicted by the man’s wife.
The suspected assailant is reported to have attempted to escape the scene but was arrested by members of the public before the arrival of police.
She was later arrested and taken into custody as detectives initiated further inquiries.
