Prophet Abel Tamunominabo Boma of ATB Ministry has suggested that former Vice President Atiku Abubakar could emerge as a strong challenger to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the 2027 presidential election.

In a video shared on his verified Facebook page on June 8, 2026, Prophet Boma recounted what he described as a prophetic vision concerning Nigeria’s political future.

According to the cleric, he saw a symbolic scene involving President Tinubu and Atiku Abubakar.

“I saw the president standing with one leg out of position, while Atiku’s left leg was in place,” he said.

The prophet explained that the vision appeared to show Atiku’s left leg displacing Tinubu’s right leg, leaving the president standing on one leg while attempting to regain balance.

“I saw Atiku’s left leg taking out Tinubu’s right leg. Tinubu was standing with one leg while the other was lifted and shaking. What this fully means, I am not yet concluding,” he stated.

Boma said the vision should be viewed as part of an unfolding process rather than a final prediction, adding that he would continue to share updates on what he believes God is revealing concerning the 2027 election.

He also urged Nigerians to pray as the country moves closer to the next general election.

Background

In the 2023 presidential election, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) defeated former Vice President Atiku Abubakar.

Tinubu secured 8,794,726 votes, while Atiku, who contested under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), received 6,984,520 votes.

Similar Prophecies

The development follows other political prophecies ahead of the 2027 election cycle.

Recently, Prophet David Elijah of the Glorious Mount of Possibility Church in Lagos claimed that President Tinubu could face significant political challenges before the next election.

According to him, some allies may disappoint the president, while certain ministers could resign from his administration, potentially affecting his political fortunes.
