Social media users have taken to their official X account on May 27, 2027 to react to the statement that was made by one of the chieftains of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, Kenneth Okonkwo after Atiku Abubakar won the ADC presidential primary election.
This came after the former Vice President of Nigeria defeated the former governor of Rivers state, Rotimi Amaechi and Mohammed Hayatudeen in the African Democratic Congress, ADC presidential primary election that was conducted across many states in the country.
Reacting, Kenneth Okonkwo congratulated Atiku Abubakar for emerging as the flag bearer of the African Democratic Congress, ADC. Kenneth Okonkwo stated that the former Vice President of Nigeria will emerge as the President of Nigeria in 2027.
According to Kenneth Okonkwo on his official X account;
“I also, by the grace of God, welcome you as the next President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria come May 29, 2027”.
