In a recent post on his X handle, African Action Congress presidential candidate Omoyele Sowore has weighed in on the criticism of Rabiu Kwankwaso over 2027 politics.
Kwankwaso, speaking on Arise News TV, said younger people have their own way of thinking, including his own children.
“You will be surprised; even in the 2023 election in my own house, my own daughter was telling me to go and work with Peter Obi. She didn’t say she was Obidient,” Kwankwaso stated.
Sowore shared and reacted to a post suggesting that if Kwankwaso now relies on his daughter to decide who to work for, then she should be the one running for president.
“If your ‘daughter’ now has to tell you who to work for in 2027, then perhaps she, who obviously knows better than you, should be the one running for president. Clearly, you have become politically atrophied. Liars shall not make heaven!” the post read.
The post takes a swipe at Kwankwaso’s role in the NDC coalition and questions his political relevance ahead of the next election cycle.
